I think so because your letting your organs stay in the right position they were ment to be; slouching over and crushing your organs cant be good for digestion, right? :)

I'm the same. I want to gain a few pounds. Not too much. I'm scared to lose control and snowball and gain too much...and I think that's what's hindering my progress. :(
