    I've yet to have success, but I'm in the same boat. It's not easy to do the healthy way, but it is possible! Don't give up.

    I'm the same. I want to gain a few pounds. Not too much. I'm scared to lose control and snowball and gain too much...and I think that's what's hindering my progress. :(

    I'm trying to gain muscle (and whatever fat comes with it). I just started a couple of weeks ago though and haven't gained any pounds yet. I also am not sure where my maintenance is so, that's the first step to this experiment. Find maintenance and then eat more than that by a certain amount. And that's the next step, finding the amount over I want to eat.
