I did it! I liked that I could do 2 or 3 circuits, and work my way up to doing all 6! Doing all 6 is a pretty good work out! I got a little bored with it, and now the 30 Day Shred is my go-to workout. It's starting to get boring too, but it does the job :)

great job! I'm always more impressed when a person starts out beautiful but realizes that their health needs them to make changes. You've done exactly that. Good for you ----keep up the healthy choices!

I started with Jillian Michaels' For Beginners (also released as 'Frontside'). It was a good place to start. I could start doing just 2 circuits, and then work up to doing all 6 when I had the time and energy. I'm doing the 30 DS now, and now that I'm at day 5 it doesn't hurt anymore, but it is definitely a good workout…

I lose the initial 15 or so lbs within about 6-8 weeks after the baby is born. After that, while I'm breastfeeding........I either maintain or gain :( Once the baby is weaned, I lose the last 10-15 (or 25!!) with some serious effort on my part. After 5 times up and down the scale, I've learned that for me, the adage "9…

sometimes there just isn't a reason.........frustrating as that is! I stayed at the same weight (up a little, down a little) for over 6 weeks. I followed the calorie recommendations, got some exercise in-nothing happening. When it did move, I lost over 4 lbs in one week-not doing anything differently. I don't know WHY this…

I suggest eating more...........give your body everything it needs right now to take care of you and your baby. Make every calorie a healthy one, and the weight will come off. When your baby is about 9 months old, go ahead and rethink your plan if you want to lower it. I'm not a professional, but I'm a mom-and I know I…

just a thought.......maybe you don't really need to lose more weight, and your body is wisely keeping you where you are. You look great, and you're very healthy/fit , so I would suggest eat the best you can and don't worry about the numbers too much. Easier said than done, I know :)

5 future men........for now :)

 sounds like me!! I've used the walking, 3.5 mph (?) UPHILL listing here. It's an estimate, anyways. Pushing & carrying all that weight has to count for something!!

exactly

ha-my very first thought was ME! and it's mostly true :)

I miss my chocolate..........or is that not what you were going for ?

huh?

'Calories are not a bad thing its what you get your calories from. ' Exactly. If you're eating your exercise calories (your body will let you know if you need to!!) , make sure those calories are fueling your body.

not for me! I am hungry on 1200 cals-and much more likely to give in to those cravings. I'm better off eating 1400-1500 nutritious calories and fueling my body. I was set at 2 lbs/week for a while-and I didn't lose a thing. I changed that to 1 1/2 lbs/week-and now I'm losing. And much less hungry and cranky :D

This! For sure.......give those clothes to the thrift store and don't look back. Good for you!!

You can count me in! Sugar is my Waterloo :( So here's my goal: I'll limit processed sugar (cake/candy) to once a week. Here goes!!!!!!!

this!!!

same here :)

This one for sure!!

It's dedication...........but maybe you're 'over-sharing' and your coworker is a little tired of hearing about it. That's what I'm prone to do :D I go on and on........

your liver is thanking you already

You've actually answered your question yourself-just keep up with it each day. Load the dishwasher while you cook, empty it while you're busy tidying up, put things away when you're done with them, give the bathroom a quick once-over right after your shower-you get the picture :)
-
you've worked very hard!!! and the results are amazing!! Good for you :)
-
the lighter one of course!!!!
-
well.........I've had 5 c-sections..........and my tummy probably looks a lot like yours :) I think it might just be the effects of pregnancy & still being overweight that make it look 'deflated', not necessarily the c-sections. Hopefully some weight loss and toning up will help with that!!

ME TOO!!!! Isn't it great?

air-popped popcorn. A tbsp of butter flavours a huge bowl, add some salt, YUM!
