Which ever you choose, use the same one every time.
I have a scale that is 4 lbs light. My neighbor is a postal worker and she weighs herself on the postal scale. I know its right so I had her come over and weight herself with the same clother she had on at work. That is how I know Mine is off.

agree, same one each time -- whichever one you want!

have any hand weights? 5 - 10 lbs? check the scale that way. go by whichever is more accurate.

Get up on the scale 3 times... make sure it registers the same weight each time. Then just use one. The actual number isn't what is important, it is the consistency... I weighed in on the scale at the feed store and it weighed me about 5 pounds heavier. (I'd chose the scale which makes you feel happier...)

I would agree with that! Use the same scale you have always used and the loss will be the same.

I would test them first thing in the morning.... naked after a bathroom stop. Then whichever you choose stick with that one only. The number on it doesn't matter as much as how many numbers it is falling with each weigh in.

Doesn't really matter which one - just choose one and only use that one. And make sure to weigh at the same time and wearing the same amount of clothes to be as consistent as possible.

It's unlikely that two scales will ever agree. Pick one and only use that one.

Agreed - it doesn't matter - just use the same scale every time at the same time of day.

That would bother me. I'd take something with a known weight, and measure it on both and then adjust it so it was accurate.

The scale at the gym is always 5 lbs more for my friend and I. The drs office is always higher too I have noticed in the past. Just pick one and use it every time, the loss will be the same....

Just go by one and stick with it. The scale at the gym and the doctor says I'm 20 lbs lighter than the scale at home.... but neither are moving right now. :grumble:

Great Idea!!!!!! I never thought of that. You are sooooooooooo smart! Thanks:love:
