I'm baaaaaack We got full power back about 4:00 today. Did my first workout in 10 days. It was tough. reps were not what they were last time (week 7) for back Bicep Tricep and ab ripper. Got all caught up for the week. Wed Plyo Thurs - Back & Bicep Fri - Yoga Sat - Legs & Abs and later in the day Kenpo Work out, then a bunch of yard work getting ready for the hurricane, and then another workout. I think I could be as bad as I want to be for dinner and still come in below calories today.

Did Plyo today. Wore my knee brace that I wear when I play basketball, for the 1st time. Wish I had been wearing it the entire time. My knee feels much better tonight then it did all the other nights after Plyo.

I missed yesterday's workout - too much unexpected stuff going on after work. So today I started week 9 with Chest and Back and Ab Ripper So I'll be a day off until I can double up with Back & Legs on Saturday morning and Kenpo on Saturday afternoon. Had an easy day today with Stretch. Insanity2bSan - Don't skip the recovery week. Your body needs the controlled rest. Hope your son is getting better. Nothing occupies a parents time more then a sick child.

On Monday, I did Yoga to start week 8 Today I did Core Synergistics for week 8 day 2 - Day 51 overall. Dude - great job on Yoga last week. Doing a first for any of the exercises is a great feeling. Yesterday, I had my first toe grab in the leg extensions during the balance postures. Never thought I could do that.

Did Kenpo today. First really good workout of the week. No idea why but the energy was back, not just in the workout but all day so far. Maybe the 11 hours of sleep I got last night instead of my normal 6 had something to do with that. :-)

Finished Back Legs and Abs tonight. Tough week for me getting through it, so I'm looking forward to the "rest" week I have next week.

Finished PlyoX tonight. Week 7 Day 2 - That's day 44. Yesterday and today were harder then last week. Not sure why, but I think doing the Insanity Fit Test on Sunday instead of just resting wasn't the smartest thing I've ever done.

You were right about Yoga. It was an even 100 steps. I'll end the day around 4,300. I didn't get a chance to walk at lunch so that hurts my total. I'm going to be short of the 10,000 a day Monday to Friday, but I think a normal weekend for me will easily be around 17,000. Working out in the morning would give me the time…

Finished Week 6 Day 4 YogaX. I'm getting more of a stretch each time I do this.

Challenge Accepted!!! I put on my pedometer yesterday and like you unless I go for a walk during lunch, I'm looking at less then 3,000 steps during work. I picked up 655 steps during Back and Bicep today.

I also hit a weight loss wall during week 5. I contributed it to more muscle mass since I feel stronger and can do more reps. Same thing happened when I did P90X last year. I shoot for my target calories every day. If I'm a little over and eating into my exercise calories, that's fine.
