I have only been to Canada once and this was to visit Vancouver and the Victoria. I loved it though. It is beautiful, clean, and has a lot of culture. I found Vancouver to be a big city with a smaller town feel. Good luck!

Hello :) I wouldn't call myself a fashioniesta or any such thing, but I thought maybe I could offer a little help anyway. Lately, I have been researching facial shape for best haircut, and body shape for best clothing fit. If I were you, I would start by finding out what body shape you are and find out what clothing…

I would definitely increase if you continue to count. I would increase at least 300.

I eat fruit and vegetables a lot at lunch. I will eat things like avocado for fat and yogurt and peanut butter for protein. I sometimes put peanut butter and honey on a rice cake. Also, I am a big cheese fan, so I sometimes will eat a slice of cheese by itself. Hope this helps!

I read a book called the "GenoType Diet." It somewhat individualized plans for people. I have noticed that when I eat according to the book, my cravings really drop.

With your babies so little, try not to think about the weight loss! There is lots of time for that. Try to get rest. :) I know it can be difficult with 1, and I can't even imagine 2 at the same time! Give yourself time! With drive and time, you will lose it!

I am usually drinking 10-12 cups of water a day (I am drinking so much because I am breastfeeding.) Also, Marriola, part of the problem may be not enough protein. Thanks!

Yes, I am eating my regular calories plus my exercis calories, and much of the time I am still hungry.

If you are unfamiliar with how to stir-fry, you can probably find a video on youtube. If that isn't working for you, you could try steaming them, or just not adding the sauce packet (you could use a…

I agree with the cardio advice. I haven't lost much weight since baby #4 came 9 months ago, but I have lost a couple inches around my waist. I don't do much strength training, but do cardio regularly and my tummy has really flatten down quite a bit.

If you are watching what you eat and doing cardio, but not strength training, this could be the problem.
