Unless there isn't an accurate measure for calories burned, I leave it alone. Like MFP doesnt have a classification for Zumba, so for my classes, I edit the dance classification to reflect the calories.

1/2 pound lost! I know it may not seem like much, but I was at 166.5 for 2 weeks! Hopefully, this means by the end of next week I will show results. Come on body... I'm doing the work, now shed those pounds!

My birthday is 12/29, this group is a great motivation! I actually have 6.5 pounds to lose, and I've leveled out! No weight lose in a week....Drats!!

Hey, I'm no expert... I have done a diet (Body for Life) where for six days you adhere to your diet/exercise and one day you get to do whatever you like. I've heard of others that have the same principle. The idea behind this is, well, it helps us to stay on course without guilt. Hope it helps...

I wondered about this... My caloric goal is 1200 per day. I exercise and I'm told I gained more calories to eat... why would i do this to myself?
