I like to call it checking in because even if the scale doesn't change it doesn't mean you haven't! I CHECK IN once a week and take photos once every other week. :)

I don't really get hungry unless I miss one of my 6 meals, most of the time I have a hard time eating all six meals! I drink a ton of water, I think that helps with the hunger.

I agree with what you said. I do a bootcamp class about 5 times a week and on a good day with a heart rate monitor I can burn upwards of 700 calories in just 60 minutes. My average heart rate during the class is about 160 with a max of 180. So yeah if you kick your own *kitten* HARD CORE then you can totally burn that much…

I say buy a heart rate monitor and wear it when you exercise. That will give you a more accurate count of what you're burning when you work out. Normal daily activities like walking outside to get the mail and doing the laundry shouldn't really be considered as exercise eat back calories. Well that's my though on it…

I can't eat a full meal prior to working out at anytime throughout the day. I have to have something in my stomach I usually drink half a protein shake before and then the other half after.
