No tips aside from the obvious eat less, exercise more but seeing as I'm struggling with that I am going to hijack your thread and see what other people say =) My boyfriend reckons I can get to 10st 7lbs by Halloween (gives me half a stone to lose, I keep fluctuating), but I'm not too sure as it's been a very slow process…

I'm not weighing this week because of it, but also because I'm trying to go back to twice weekly weigh in maximum (the daily weighing was too addictive!). I have started buying some sugar free sweets, so I can have those on higher sugar days, to help keep mine down, I know it's something I need to work on so I feel this is a good thing for me to personally sort out. I have too much of a sweet tooth, I do crave it a lot so it helps me.

Hey, I'm a vegetarian, feel free to add me for ideas if you like =) I don't have too much that's different from my meat-eating boyfriend and his family, I just have a meat alternative. I am a prolific chocoholic though, so you can skip over my snacks *hides*
