i was sitting here this morning, thinking up ways, that i can get myself out of working out :noway: ..

but since im the only 1 here, what is the point  ..so i got off my rear end and put on the 1st dvd i grabbed..
it was 3 mile walk away the pounds  .. .. 1,5 miles in , i said im quiting at 2 .. but then at 2 miles, i asked myself "why"

i couldn't come up with an answer..

i did the WHOLE 3 mile watp dvd

i feel BETTER than i did this morning ..

soooooo
if you are trying to come up with a reason NOT to workout .. " just do it "

Yup, I have mornings where I'd rather stay in bed than lace up the running shoes and have to have a little chat with myself. Once I hit the pavement I'm always glad that I didn't succumb to my slothful side.

My inner monologue is an epic battle of good and evil ("go to the gym" "don't go! Don't go!") all morning until I hit the gym during my lunch hour. Everyday. :)
