Basically I was wondering if it is a reasonable goal to lose 1 stone in 2 months? It's my birthday on 8th November and I want to feel confident in my birthday dress!
I recently fell off the wagon..pretty badly gaining about 4 pounds  but i'm more determined then ever to achieve my dream body

Any tips would also be very appreciated :D:D thank you :flowerforyou:

No tips aside from the obvious eat less, exercise more but seeing as I'm struggling with that I am going to hijack your thread and see what other people say =) My boyfriend reckons I can get to 10st 7lbs by Halloween (gives me half a stone to lose, I keep fluctuating), but I'm not too sure as it's been a very slow process so far.

    Good luck =)

I did 3 in 6 months so yes. Start logging your food properly, back off the high carb stuff and get enough protein 50 - 100g depending on your lean body weight or height.

You're looking to average 1.75 lbs/week loss so shoot for 2 lbs/week initially.
