I think sometimes families are well intentioned but sabotage us without realizing it... Knowing that give me power to keep going. congrats on your loss, celebrate

if you don't want to do the treadmill I understand.... just tell yourself you will do it for 5 minutes and if you still don't want to after that you can stop... Chances are, after 5 minutes you feel better and will keep going.. Also, exercise will naturally make your mood better

Water weight stinks... salt is my enemy... try citrus with your water,,, that will help too

I have been doing this for years! You seem to be doing better than me since I ultimately gained weight and now joined MFP. I would say track, it will keep you accountable. Also, if you break out on the weekends I would say at least drink and track your water. Good luck and don't feel bad about enjoying a few things..

Great ideas... I think I need to try a combo of these. I have found that drinking extra water and eating dinner later helps. Thanks
