Hoot to boot! Ha! Love it! I found him to be quite obnoxious in the original P90X...but I agree...he's quite a hoot on P90X3! Good for you with starting the program! It's fantastic!

Oh...I'm so sorry about your Browns. More drama unfolding today! Eek!

on a completely random note: The VitaFiber is sold out in the 5kg jugs. FYI, they are switching over their products to ship through Amazon! Should make it a lot easier (maybe even cheaper for shipping) to get my hands on some! Thanks for sharing your Quest-style protein bar recipe.

A round of P90X3, then some cardio mixed in with some original P90X

I don't focus too much on carbs. For my, I meet my daily minimums for both fat and protein. Whatever calories I have left in the day, I can use however I want (carbs, fat, or protein). As long as I meet my personal fat and protein minimums (40g & 158g), I find that carbs are an after-thought. Calorie dense foods REALLY…

Sad, sad day for Seahawks fan. Ugh, my heart is heavy! The *selfish silver lining in this heart-breaking loss...if this was a year ago, I would have started today with a good, morning food binge. Not anymore! Did my P90X3 workout followed by Abs. #MindOverMatter

Yesterday I turned 30 and I'm happy to report that I am in the best shape of my life!! Weighing in at a cool 165 lbs! Best. Birthday. Ever.

Thanks for all of the new comments! Like many of you have said. While the weight-loss and muscle gain are great, figuring out my health issues have been equally, if not more, life-giving!

Wow, again, thank you so much EVERYONE for your kind words of encouragement! My favorite is the "younger brother" comment! Ha! Love it! :D

Thanks for the encouragement! Lynden, WA! I love the PNW!! I hope you're a Seahawks fan!

Hmm..Idaho. Well, I used to live in WA state...that's all I've got!

Yes, push up bars or dumbbells in place of the bars will GREATLY help your wrists! I bought mine for $10 at Walmart.

Dump it in a skillet with white rice and black beans. Mix until warm throughout. Add some tapatia sauce, a dollop of light sour cream and serve in a whole wheat wrap. My wife and I love them!!

Just to echo everybody else...C25K will make it happen for you! I just completed week 5 of the program and cannot believe how awesome it is! They do a really great job of slowly upping the intervals. Just when you think "there is no way I can run that long," you are doing it! In the first week, just running for 1 minute…

Bro...I think the HARDEST part of it all wasn't the 8 months of working out, but watching the Leafs lose last night. Tough game for sure, but Leafs Nation finally has something to genuinely be excited about. Reims is the real deal. GO LEAFS GO!

P90X and Insanity are both pretty crazy. P90X focuses a bit more on strength training with Insanity focusing a little more on cardio and core. I completed P90X on it's own and then did a hybrid of the 2: P90X for building muscle, and then I replaced plyometrics and cardio with Insanity's version. Either way, you can't go…

I use a little bit of pickle juice to moisten up the tuna, then add sliced pickles and celery pieces. Stinkin' awesome!
