  • Yes I have it recalculated.... I think I might be over eating and not just doing 1 serving... Going to try measuring everything out for 1 month and see if it helps. Or change it up a bit
  • I went to the doctor today and found out I had lost 7lbs in 9 days!!! Makes me think whatever I am doing is actually working
  • I am new here and see that MFP want me to eat about 500-900 more calories a day, but I am afraid because I am not hungry and want to loose 50lbs this year. I have been exercising everyday since Monday when I started this site. Any suggestions on "healthy calories" would be great!!! Thanks

  • Does anyone know how healthy sushi is for you? I saw the crab had a lot of calories! My husband and I love sushi and are going out to get it with friends tommorow and I would like to know which kinds are good and healthy. Thanks for everyones help!!
