Stuck in a rut
I have lost 40lbs since Sept and now I a, stuck in a rut and have not lost in 1 month.... Not sure what to do....eat less portion size? More exercise? HELP

Hey everyone, I was doing really well for a while and have tapper off and gained 20lbs!! I would really like to loose that 20lbs by March first... is this possible? and If so how hard will it be??

I went to the doctor today and found out I had lost 7lbs in 9 days!!! Makes me think whatever I am doing is actually working

afraid to eat to more calories
I am new here and see that MFP want me to eat about 500-900 more calories a day, but I am afraid because I am not hungry and want to loose 50lbs this year. I have been exercising everyday since Monday when I started this site. Any suggestions on "healthy calories" would be great!!! Thanks
