  • eggs, avocado, and greek yogurt!
  • A few of my favorite ways to use them are: -use it instead of mayo in chicken, egg, or tuna salad sandwiches -on a piece of toast with an over easy egg on top -guacamole -avocado yogurt dip: http://www.twopeasandtheirpod.com/creamy-avocado-yogurt-dip/ -chop with black beans, tomato, cilantro and sprinkle with lime juice…
  • it's closed on the weekends, only open 7am-7pm on weekdays, only has 3 treadmills working at a time, only has 3 good ellipticals, no room to sit on the floor and do abs without being in someone's way. This is my school gym during the summer. I've resorted to running outside and doing JM workouts in my home because the gym…

  • Eggs Carrots + Hummus Yogurt Apples Those are ALWAYS on my grocery list
  • this would be good wrapped in a tortilla with some salsa! mmm thanks! :)
  • Oh my gosh. I would LOVE to be 118. I'm 5'5" and 140. It's at the low end of the healthy BMI chart for your height, so you might want to be careful. I would suggest, if you are unhappy with the way you look, trying to build muscle instead of just losing weight. I'm not sure what your workouts consist of, but it's possible…
  • Maybe try making your own? I know there's recipes for low calorie shakes out there. Or you could buy some vanilla yogurt, add some cocoa powder and cookies into a blender, then freeze it. I'm sure there are substitutions that can still fill your craving. And making your own means you know EXACTLY what's going into it! :)
  • yum! saving this recipe
  • They were so delicious! But a bit dry. I might have cooked them too long, though. http://www.inspiredbycharm.com/2012/04/guest-post-mimosa-muffins-from-no-2.html Thanks so much everyone! I think I'm going to start after finals--I cannot be expected to not binge a little during this time--and hopefully set a goal of clean…
  • Thank you everybody! And at least I replaced the oil in my cake with applesauce, but I did use a box mix so there's added crap in there. I will for sure check out Tocsa Reno!
  • I just found this recipe!! Overnight oatmeal like catjag mentioned. They all look delicious and low-cal http://www.theyummylife.com/blog/2012/03/293/Overnight%2C+No-Cook+Refrigerator+Oatmeal+--+A+healthy+breakfast+made+in+mason+jars+in+six+different+flavors!
  • yum! and i love that it is freeze-able
  • I'm the same height as you! My goal weight is 132. CW: 139 SW: 153 Right now I wear a size 8/9 and I want to fit comfortably in 8's. 10's are a little loose on me, but i can wear them if it's necessary (since i own some old 10's from before i lost weight)
  • yum! definitely going to try the casserole. thanks!
  • There's a recent topic on this already: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/494945-200cal-snack-ideas :) Hope there are some ideas for you there!
  • peanut butter. i'll finish off a small jar in a week. There's like 12 servings in there!
  • I've been keeping my net calories between 600-800 the past week (or more) by eating 4/5 meals of 200cal a day. I work out (cardio) for at least 30 min 5 days a week and then I do abs, arms, and legs. I've lost weight so far and I don't notice tiredness, weakness, or hunger. I think if it's something you are looking into…
  • I allow myself one a day. They aren't that many calories if you only have one. I also put them in a room that I rarely go into. If they were in the kitchen, it would be too tempting! And of course, I'm sharing them with my roommates so that I won't feel as bad when the box is gone so soon haha :)

  • Just finished mine after doing 30min on the elliptical! Feeling good :) Even though I had to do the push-ups on my knees. Squats were hard, daamn!
  • Today I spread 1 wedge of the French Onion onto an Everything Bagel Thin! It's not really a 'recipe' per say, but it was yummy and much less than cream cheese. :)
  • I plan my days' meals on a piece of paper, write the calories, plan when i'll work out (estimate the calories) and as I complete each meal, depending on if I ONLY ate what I wrote, I'll write myself a little note beside the meal like, "GOOD JOB!" or "FAIL!!!" I keep this at the kitchen table so that I always know what I…
  • Thanks everyone :) And scschenk, i wish i could keep that pace for a 5k. Maybe that'll be my goal, too!
  • Well I heard it was a good way to lose some weight and I've been stuck at a plateau of 143 for over a month (which i got past!) so I thought I'd try something different. Plus I wanted to see if I had the will power to get through it. And it supposedly is a detox thing, but i didn't have any symptoms.
  • This site has some good recipes and they have 500-calorie dinners for seafood, vegetarian, chicken etc... http://www.eatingwell.com/nutrition_health/weight_loss_diet_plans/diet_meal_plans/eatingwell_s_500_calorie_dinner_challenge
  • I will definitely have to try it with yogurt. Didn't have any on hand today, but it sounds good! Also if you don't care about carbs this might be good wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla or on some honey wheat bread with onions!
  • I'm not sure if it's just in my area, but heart rate monitors are on sale this week at Target. It's worth checking out, at least, if you are near one. I'm going to pick up a Polar brand one today! Not sure which model, since my dad is buying it for me.
