  • Hello, I'm English but I guess losing weight poses the same difficulties no matter where you're from. I hope this works for me as at almost 54 years old I'm starting to worry that I might never achieve my goal weight. I'm currently at 161.5lbs and want to get down to 126lbs. Here's hoping!   • I've just started hula hooping - I'm having great fun and managed to get the hang of it once I'd stopped laughing at myself. If you're looking for something different why not give it a go? Good luck with your weightloss goal!

  • I can put on 2lb in a day and it can take a week to lose it so I've stopped weighing myself everyday - although its hard to break the habit of a lifetime. Don't despair because if you know you are eating sensibly and healthily you will lose weight. Sometimes our bodies do unforgiveable things when we're not feeling 100% so…
  • I buy the Cadbury's low fat choc pots and use them as a chocolate dip for fruit (whatever is in season). Great snack, very satisfying and low cal/fat. Works for me!
