Have Gut doc appointment this morning. Should go well, just 6 month checkup and refill of meds. So far that and PO are only things in town. No walk in the morning. Maybe when I get back home. Headache this morning, from sinus’s. Taking antihistamines but not strong enough. Tylenol here I come. Talked to my mom yesterday.…

I did the Clutterbug test this morning. I am a You’re A Butterfly! Love visual abundance and organizational simplicity. You are a really visual person and for you, it’s out-of-sight, out-of-mind. You need visual, but fast and easy systems, like clear or wire bins and baskets and lots of hooks. Thank you all for your kind…

Not good today. DMD caused major chaos with me and DH last night by text. All over something I posted on my X-MIL’s funeral parlor page. I signed it using Rita Bankowski Delia. She was demanding I take it down as I hadn’t been a Bankowski over 30 years. I told her no. The point was for people to know who I was when reading…

@Debbie Thanks for the info. I have to use it 4 times a day but no length noted. I understand that if I don’t need it, don’t use it. I’ve been using it 3 times a day since Monday and feel I can breathe better. I’ll switch to twice a day next week then see what happens when I stop. @Pip Thank you for the link! Thought for…

@Lanette, I love the Dark Knit! I showed it to my DH and he laughed. Nice one! @Nebulizers those of you who use these, do they make you tired, shaky, or peppy? Do they reduce appetite? Just some things I’m seeing right now and am wondering if it is normal or something else. @Doctors, I found a new doctor yesterday and they…

Can you include me in this too? Or simply post the link? I want you to get the credit! RVRita in Roswell

Not much today. Need to go to PO and sort out yet another PO/UPS/Amazon/Address shipping issue. I hope to find a solution soon! Thought for today: HMMMMM If you see a crime at an Apple Store, does that make you an iWitness?? Have a great day! RVRita in Roswell

Ironically, I started a book yesterday that deals with the type of abuse Mo described above. I couldn’t put it down last night. It centers around a 6 year old that looks only 3 due to abuse, the doctor and his wife, a nurse, who are working with the child. MO’s story brought the book alive for me. It is called: The Perfect…

Need to go to town today. Picking up my nebulizer, dog meds, 3 B-Day cards and 1 gift card, a few things from Walmart. Other than that, not much happening here. Thought for the day: For cat lovers?! What do you call two cats tied together? An Octopus!! RVRita in Roswell

When I walked the park yesterday, I noticed new groundhog holes all over. Didn’t see the critters but just the evidence. We have a lot of them here. Last year I sat with a couple watching the groundhog near their camper. It would poke its head out of the hole and grab a piece of green and drop back in the whole. I found…

Crying Because of the medications I’m on, I really don’t cry. I haven’t since my dad died about 15 years ago. Anger When I get angry, my brain simply shuts off my verbal abilities. I just lose my words, so walk away think, and come back after I’ve calmed down. So I’ve learned to not get angry, hold my tongue then ask the…

Stopped at Walmart and picked up my steroids (4days of them), 10 days of fluconazole, and medicine for my home breathing treatments (though haven’t got the machine yet). For some reason I keep forgetting the name of the breathing treatment. 🤦♀️ Then went to therapist, stopped at Sonic, then stopped at Walgreens b/c they…

@Mo—- books? When to doctor yesterday afternoon and he immediately said I needed a breathing treatment but couldn’t find the nurse, so checked me out, decided it was an asthma attack triggered by the virus I’m getting over. Ordered me a home nebulizer from a company that takes my insurance, sent me a script for prednisone,…

When I was subbing at a local elementary school, the fourth grade teacher had a garden in the playground for her students. Each year, she also had them hatch chicken eggs. I was in the classroom next door so got to watch a couple of the chicks hatch. Had my class go in and watch too. Fun way to learn. I always loved hands…

@Heidi. Pink AND blue! Cute! LOL Well, my cough and sinus gunk is back. Started coughing like a fool last night and got up with stuffed sinuses, sore ear, and back to cough, though not as bad as last time yet. At least I had 3 or 4 good days. Somehow I knew that when I ran out of antibiotics and cough prescriptions, it…

Got some bad news yesterday afternoon. My son called to tell me his grandmother (my X-mother-in-law) died in her sleep at the age of 102. It really hit me hard. I’m not sure why, I haven’t seen or talked to her in years, but we always stayed friends (she was actually on my side when I divorced her son). Now my son is…

Finished my latch-hook and took an old pillow that was ripping at the seams and used that as the base for the latch-hook. Made a nice little cushion. Had my hair cut into a ‘shaggy-pixie’ about 6 weeks ago. It needs a trim. I don’t remember if I posted this picture before but the dark haired picture is what I requested, of…

I’m going to tell a story about when I am in my 20’s, I hope it makes you laugh. When in my 20’s my father had a band that used to play in strip clubs among other places. Once in a while (drinking was at 18 back then) I went with my mother to watch my dad play, not my thing really, but mom wanted the company. Once the MC…

At the very least, please change your password to at least 12 characters with lower, and upper case letters, numbers, and at least 1 special character (!,&,$,-. and whatever your bank allows. Spaces are great but not many banks accept them in passwords). Since they payed by electronically, change the passwords to the bill…

Yes there is a lag, how long depends on the size of the file, your internet speed at the time, how many users are using the Onedrive at the time, and how fast your computer is. I would suggest saving to your hard drive right after saving to the cloud, both for a backup and to give Onedrive time to catch up. Thank you all…

Anybody else asked if they were human logging into MFP Community today? I was asked twice to click the box to verify I was human, then had to click ok for the Cookies warning too. Weird. Gradually getting my walking back in after this 3 weeks of coughing. I did 15 minutes yesterday. My aim is 30 minutes of exercise a day,…

In looking for your files, do a search for users/lanette (or your user name)/documents. You can use the combination CTRL-F to bring up a search box. 365 tends to default save to a folder under. /365/documents or something like that. If it is the online 365, it saves in its own ‘cloud’. I know confusing. Try the CTRL-F…
