    ??
I got a whole frozen duck when I helped at the food program on Saturday.
My question is, has anyone cooked one? Any tips to make it tasty and not tough.
DH loves the Chinese roast duck so would like to make something tasty for him
There are so many recipes online but want a good one so I don't ruin it.

Tracy - only thing I did when mine got so bad was go to the podiatrist and get a cortisone shot in the heel..it did help.

From Lanette: “ Rita - did you ever find out which aliens put together those little pyramids? Are the little balls solid rock or formed concrete, could you tell? I'm still amazed at the pyramids in Egypt and wondering who engineered them and amazed at the effort it must have taken to transport and place all of those huge stones. :o

Never found out who made the pyramids. The ‘balls’ are made of sand from the beach. That makes it even more weird because all the ‘balls’ were uniform is size, shape, and color! Whoever or whatever made the pyramids did an excellent job!

Rita - I wonder what's holding them together? Amazing they are holding up so well.
