I'd say no. Especially if you're going to do 45 minute hiit workouts. Those are no joke, you're going to need fuel. I only do 20 minutes of hiit and that's enough for me. If you run your body too low you'll just be losing that muscle you're trying to build

Currently stay at home mom of 3. Attempting to start a photoghraphy business cause I hate not working but I hate someone else raising my kids even more. Catch 22

I think you're cheating yourself. By not providing yourself with an accurate log. I find it helpful to know exactly what I ate every day but as far as weight loss I think you're fine. I judge my success based on if I was on point for the whole week. Sorry Bodybybutter I don't know the answer to that.

I want to lose 30! I'm going to take these last pounds down!

Wow this community is so amazing! Thanks everyone for your advice, expeirence and perspective. We did go for walks when the weather was better. We have 3 kids and the youngest is 2 so during cold weather we can't be out too long. Although I know ten minutes is better than nothing. We should probably get doing that again.…

Oh my! I hear you on the opening wine. Alcohol with dinner is my hardest habit to break and when I'm drinking water and he's pouring a drink, I wanna punch him! LOL! Really great advice ladies. Thanks I really appreciate it.

I guess I should clarify. The program I'm looking at doing is 3 days with 20 minutes Hiit and 3 days with 45 minutes of cardio. Still though 20 minutes doesn't seem like enough to do anything.

Use the HRM. From what I understand it's not perfect but it's way better than what mfp or the machines estimate. Think of it as educated guessing. I don't think anything has been invented yet that's 100% accurate.

A fitness goddess is what I'm striving to be. Somebody else beat me to the name though so I just threw on the number 17. Don't know why. That number doesn't mean anything to me.

Inactivity, and TMI about their sex life. Also flirting, I'm happily married and here for dieting not dating.

Alright I'm in. I think the longest I've made it before is 3 days. This is going to be major challenge for me but I need to do it. I'm stuck, scale hasn't moved in forever.

Sarcastic humor always appreciated and I would love to get to really know some people on here. Request sent

I love honesty, I'll send you a friend request and anyone else feel free to add me. I just recently started adding new friends because a lot of my old friends have also given up the good fight.

Anyone feel free to add me! I'm looking for encouraging friends as well. I just had to do a major friends overhaul as my relationships felt a little one side. I'd try to support and encourage and for the most part all I heard back is crickets. I really wanna meet my goals and love helping people reach theirs.

I'm starting back up after the birth of my son. Getting back on that wagon is tough and I found a lot of my friends I had previously are no longer active. Hope that means they met their goal. Would love to have some new friends to help get remotivated. Please feel free to add me

My children motivate me. I want them to grow up strong and healthy. If I'm not active and eat unhealthy I'm being a poor example to them. I don't want them to struggle, they are what keeps me going.

Haha where have you ladies been? I've been looking for other nursing moms to share support with. I'd lost 20 pounds before joining MFP then I lost another 30 before getting pregnant where I gained that 30 back. I'm now trying to lose about 40 pounds but it's been so difficult not being able to really diet. Finding time to…

I was able to still drink a little till I got to the last 15 pounds then no matter how good I ate or hard I worked out, I couldn't drop a single pound. I had to cut it out all the way in the end to see anymore results.
