I have a jogging stroller and for me it's still hard but I'm sure it's way better than a regular stroller.

What about stride help? Everything changes when I try to run with my baby jogger. Last week I got a blister in a weird spot under my toe. WTH? I can't even imagine what I did to get it there.

I was only able to get to week 3. I have a home gym and couldn't preform a lot of required exercises after those first few weeks. I did enjoy it though and wanted to finish

She's not my fav either. I do have a ton of the my trainer Bob workouts and I prefer Bob's workouts and attitude. His are an hour though, so hers fit in my schedule easier

Maybe, my guess is I'm a pony tail and jeans kind of girl. I don't wear makeup and take about 15 minutes to get ready. I think guys prefer their women dolled up.

Maybe I should pull mine out and try to do the whole 30 days. I get bored quick with the same routine but I haven't seen results in so long. I may need to just suck it up and do it.

I'm 5'7" goal is 145 currently 175. Currently trying 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes weight training, 5 days a week

Everyone has different things that work best for them so take this as a suggestion not an absolute answer. don't think you're eating enough. There are several websites that will calculate the true amount of calories you need. I would imagine you'll see results if you bump it up.

I don't eat back my calories so how accurate my hrm reads a workout is not a concern for me. I use it because it's more accurate then MFP estimates and it helps keep me motivated

I just started hiit. My hrm puts a 15 min workout around 145 calls burned. I love it! I haven't been doing it long enough to say anything about results but I know I feel stronger and am seeing muscles in places I didn't before. My weight is the same but I have not cleaned up my diet and drink too much alcohol.

I don't believe it has to be espresso I want to be able to drink regular coffee. It's just the sugary espresso milk filled drinks are what I drink now and those are what I'm looking to wean myself off of. I've never been a fan of regular coffee even with cream and sugar but I'd really like to try.

I weigh daily with the knowledge that it can go up or down by 2 pounds but it helps remind me of my goals for the day. I only log my weight on Wednesdays. It doesn't bother me what the scale says every other day except on that one LOL
