I would also take a look at your macros and focus a bit more on WHAT calories you are eating and not just trying to get to the lowest amount possible. The lowest recommended for me is also 1200, however, I've tried that before and although I could do it, it was almost impossible to maintain, I didn't lose weight…

I have the Polar FT4 as well. I got it at HHGregg for about $60. It has the chest strap and the watch that work together to track. So far I love it. Last night I put it on and my daugther and I danced to Youtube videos for 20 minutes and I was able to track 200 calories burned. :)

I have a sugar snap pea addiction. Also, I have to eat fruit as my snack mid-morning and mid afternoon. It's usually apples or oranges. Something that requires a little work. :)
