Hi all, I'm dana! Been a vegan on and off but mostly on for 3 1/2 years. Add me! I love having vegan motivation and food ideas

Hi friends, I recently fell off the vegan wagon with eating eggs for about a month but I am back on. Been following a mostly vegan diet for three years. I am at a weight I like but I want to put on more muscle so I'll likely have to put on weight. If anyone wants encourage, recipes, or advice on the journey I can help you…

Been plant based since 2013, started eating eggs again in the last month but I will be returning to plant based. Add me! I have a ton of recipes I can share

LOVE this. Thanks guys. I'll be using it as well.

just saw this. Thank you so much!

I've read that nonfat usually means more chemicals. Not sure how true that is though.

I'm 5'5 and I'm 133lbs now. My goal is 130 but I'm still fighting to get rid of this belly. It's almost completely gone but when I'm PMSing bloating isn't very kind to me at all. I may need to gain 5 lbs of muscle to sustain.

Titanium by David Guetta and Sia "bullet proof, nothing to lose, fire away, fire away....shoot me down, but I won't fall, I am Titanium!!" LOVE IT! =D

don't pay too much attention to the scale. it's not the bigger picture. if it helps though, try calorie cycling (or zig zagging, same thing). I did this for a month and lose three pounds after I hit a major plateau and looked super toned. I'm also very close to my weight loss goal so that might be why it doesn't sound like…

check out my blog sweetendeavor.tumblr.com I posted before and during pictures. I'm doing week three now and moving on to week four soon. It's a great DVD and I lost three pounds already when combining the DVD with calorie cycling (or zig zagging). I'm also way more toned.

LOVE this show! My nephew acts a lot like Sheldon, lmao. He's only 11.

Triumph in Olde City! great draft beer!

The way I see it, not enough people who didn't want to have kids don't have kids and then they become awful parents. You're doing the right thing by sticking to what you want.

I understand what you're saying harp. I can't imagine that someone might think doing house cleaning would give them muscles. However, doesn't every little exercise add up? so if you've been cleaning all day and then went for a run, why not log both? They might just be choosing "light cleaning" as an exercise because it's…

if it works for them, who am I to judge? Don't count out household and yard work. I volunteered in New Orleans, raking, cleaning, and carrying wood for a week (activities that I often do at home) everyday and burned crazy calories according to my HRM, activities I never thought to track before that week.

bump. just started this this week. let's see how it goes!

"Who Knew" by P!nk and "Run" by Snow Patrol

love it! thanks!

I've heard that fat starts from the top and then goes to bottom. So you love weight in your face, chest, stomach and then legs. It has been my problem since I started the journey. Even after losing 30 pounds I've only gone down one pants size.

going barefoot makes you work harder too. i personally wear sneakers bc my knees started to bother me. but barefoot is great.

I just would also like to add that everyone seems to be using examples of people they know in their. My brother who was homeschooled... I know a girl who was home schooled and... You can't make a generalization from one example. Please, let's think scientifically here and stop going off on a whim. Thanks. Signed,…

My nephew was also socially awkward when my sister started home schooling him. She has various programs she uses as well as numerous outside activities where he can interact with other children I know that he would not have had the opportunity to partake in had he stayed in public school. I have to say, his vocabulary and…

I usually enter what my HRM records but do not eat back all of my exercise calories to account for this.
-
I based my goal on the weight I was before I gained all this weight/what I was in HS.

give it a boost.

I drink 4 liters a day. I used to drink 2 but didn't see any weight loss when I did. When I upped my water intake the pounds started melting away.
-
I did not start noticing a difference until I started alternating it with other DVDs. Kind of defeats the purpose but doing it everyday didn't work for me.

definitely AM. I get it out of the way and can move on with my day. I've tried working out at night and I'm never motivated enough to do it.
