  • I'm not an expert my any means, but the most important thing to remember is to log your food very accurately ~ get a food scale if you don't already have one and weigh all food except for liquids, it truly makes a difference! You can add me as a friend if you'd like :)

  • I'm 5'8" with a small frame ~ right now holding all my weight in the mid-section ~ SW: 183 CW: 175 GW: 150's but will re-evaluate Lowest: 110 in high-school, i was too skinny, but couldn't gain weight to save my life!! I currently wear a 'slightly tight' size 12 ~ would love to be in an 8!!
