Yep. Have them all on DVD, but it's not the same as Saturday morning cartoons. I miss my cat. And getting to sleep in. My 3 yo thinks 4:30-5:00 a.m. is the perfect wakeup window. Even on Saturday.

No can do. Stage freight! Would you go zip-lining with me?

I'm not sure if lentils are put completely, or if you're just sick of certain preparations, but if it's the latter, lentil tacos are fantastic! Spice it right and you can hardly tell it's lentils in there. http://allrecipes.com/recipe/tasty-lentil-tacos-2/ ETA: if quinoa is easy to find and not too expensive, I love baked…

I always order the spicy chicken combo, and usually swap the fries for chili. Yummy, not too high in calories — ~750, if you get water or diet soda — and fits my macros well.

I'm imagining this on Christmas morning, topped with ooey gooey cinnamon roll icing.

Haha, wow. I guess I look much older than my actual years. Hard to say with that photo, but 30, single, waiter.

My first gray hairs cropped up just after my son was born (not a coincidence), so late 20s. I have medium brown hair but I get highlights, so they blend and aren't overly noticeable.

Grr. Too slow! Joannah700, you are 32, single, and a lawyer.

Mostly this. If you're really, truly and legitimately hungry, eat something that won't put you over maintenance. (Strawberries are a favorite low-cal choice over here.) But if you're more bored than hungry, go to bed. I like to "treat" myself to a cozy blanket and a really good book. A different kind of indulgence — but…

I lock my phone so my toddler can't access it (and delete my photos, emails, etc.), but my husband has the code. Does that mean he should randomly pick up my phone and go through it? Absolutely not. Marriage doesn't erase my desire for some privacy. (I still close the bathroom door, too. Imagine that.) I gave him the code…

Also, looking at your diary, I'd say the culprit is not weighing. There are some calorie-dense foods there — coconut butter, pistachios, peanut butter, etc. — which are sooooo easy to overeat without a scale. (BTDT) This video will change your life... Or at least encourage you to use a food scale. :)…

What do your burns look like, according to Nike? The general rule of thumb is to eat back 50-75% or so of your calories burned, so you can refuel (and meet your cal goal) without eating more than you actually burned (when your burn number is inexact).

I have had good luck with Glamorise as a very, very inexpensive option (~$20). The advice I read was to size down to reduce bounce, and that's what I did, and it keeps my girls (38 G/H when I started, now 36F!!) in place when I do jumping jacks, jump rope, etc. (I don't run, but I think jumping is pretty hard on the…

This sounds like such fun! Gryffindor or Ravenclaw, please, if there's room!

This. If you want to enjoy some of your mom's cooking, just go for small portions of the dripping-grease stuff, then round out your plate with lots of low-cal but filling veggies. It depends on your family's origins, but I'm betting there are plenty of options. Where I live (Costa Rica), for example, you would do well with…

Yes! When I finished my first day, I could barely walk down the stairs my legs were so wobbly. I thought I was going to die from lactic acid buildup those first few days, but it got better and I got fitter. Loved the Shred. It's been almost a year; I think I need to do another round soon. Have fun!

Not sure it's ideal first-date material (because harnesses), but I have always fun on dates at the rock gym.

Roast them! Roasted peppers with garlic and olive oil are amazing.

If you're doing it the way I suggested, eat back your calories. That's why I say, you can definitely eat 1900 calories and lose – as long as you're burning 450+ extra cals a day through exercise (and eating them back).

OP, it looks like you have about 35 pounds left to lose? If it were *me*, what I'd do (and what I do do, on a regular basis) is enter your current stats into the Scooby calorie calculator: http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/. Be honest about your activity level. I read activity as regular activity, not including…
