Coffee with milk (lowfat) and cottage cheese or greek yogurt with all different kinds of fruit - pineapple, berries, melon, kiwis.

Thanks everyone. One thing that bothers me too is my weight will go down then back up a couple of pounds within a day or two. I guess I just gotta watch the overall trend.

I mix tuna with finely chopped red pepper, green onions and fresh dill, then just enough mayonnaise to bind it. It winds up being about half vegetable.

Yep, I am 5 foot 2 and weighed about 175 about six to eight months ago. I am down to 145, but seem stuck here. Kind of frustrating.

A lot of the psych meds can make it harder to lose weight. I am on risperidone which has a side effect of weight gain (from stimulating your appetite and slowing down your metabolism), but this site works for me. Sometimes you just have to ease up on yourself. Perspective, perspective, perspective. One or two days where you've not exercised or eaten too much does not a failure make. Keep looking at your progress over longer periods. As long as the trend is in the right direction, it's all good.
