Hi there! New here! My goal this month is 7,500 steps each day. I will check my steps at 7 pm each night after dinner dishes are done and if I am short of my goal, I will hop on the treadmill and watch a little TV while I walk until I meet my goal 😊

I have only been doing this for a few weeks but I love Gnom Gnom Yum. She has great recipients on her site. She has a keto tortilla recipe that is very versatile and a really good keto egg nog recipe.

My sister and bro-in-law have had great success on this plan. I am thinking of trying it as well. Trying to hold out for a discount offer tho!
-
I was looking for a go load so! Thanks for the tip and great work!

Are you still doing this twentytwobecky? I've been thinking of giving it a try. I need a little structure to get me on track. Let me know how it works for you :)

Alas, no Aldi near me. I SO WISH however!! Thanks for the corn tortilla idea. That can hold me over until I find the "perfect" replacement

Oops! I meant TRIM Healthy Mama. Mulligasam --it is a low carb eating plan. More info can be found on their website http://www.trimhealthymama.com.

I have purchased the book and I really like the plan. However, the only way I lose is to still track calories with it. I am too much of a glutton otherwise --ha, ha!
-
Add me too! I would love to connect with other THMamas

Me too! This inability to find a group is a real downer :( There is an online forum for THM on their website. I think I may jump on that instead...

I am! Just reading the book now, but hope to restart Phase I soon. I do have Celiac (and have been Gluten Free for almost four years) so I thought it might be interesting on how it is approached. So far, I really like it and find it interesting.

WOW! That is a great idea --but kind of odd --ha!

Try adding a few more nuts or seeds...

I started out with just synthroid and then added cytomel. Now I am just on Armour. I like Armour best. I have never heard of a person having cytomel WITH Armour since Armour has more T3 in it than humans naturally produce to begin with (it comes from pigs). Cytomel is T3. My energy did level off with Armour, but weight…

Great job!! Awesome! As far as maintaining, your settings should give you a calorie range for that. Try that first and then adjust as necessary. Don't have any suggestions about the extra skin --sorry. But I'm sure someone does!

I do! Sometimes I even log a day in advance! It keeps me accountable.

Am training for my first 10K this summer. Have ran a 5K before. I too, run on the treadmill when it is this cold (20 below this weekend where I live)! I try to save movies to watch on my DVR --the more action the better --LOL! But an awesome play list also helps.

My 7-year old has eczema and it is greatly irritated by dairy. He seems to tolerate yogurt and kefir (with probiotic) but I can really tell if he's had a lot of cheese, etc. in a particular day. Just my observation. Everyone is different probably. You could try going a week w/o to test it and see if that helps at all...

I usually just bring a GF dish to share and then fill up on fruits and veggies if they are available. The only time it really irritates me is when it is my birthday --LOL. At work we are supposed to bring something to share for the person who has the birthday prior to yours and never fail someone brings brownies, etc. on…

I am 5'4" and 42 years old. When I was in collage, my weight was 110. At 30 years old I was 120 and now I am 142. I would love to get back to 120 --that is my goal. Although I would be within norm if I were 130 (which I would not complain out either)!

Hopefully, since you will be followed closely by your endo, you'll be able to avoid most of it. I am certain I was Hypo for YEARS before they figured it out. So it has been much more difficult for me. But since you are essentially knowing EXACTLY when you will become hypo, with correct meds, it may not even come for you!

I think Paul McKenna is a hypnotist? I always thought it would be fascinating to be hypnotized, but think it's outside of my price range right now. And I'm a bit chicken about stuff like that. I tried a diet once that said to just eat when your stomach growled, but that was a disaster for me! I mean, I eat because I love…

I just can't have Glutino Pretzels and Nuttela in my house at the same time. Too dangerous!!

Mandan now :)

My audio/viewing tastes are all over the board! I am just dying for Downton Abby to start back up in the U.S. I went through the season 1-3 DVDs from my library. I love to watch old Northern Exposure DVDs. I tape Extreme Weightloss and Biggest Loser and watch that sometimes. I have never watched StarTrek but I could give…

I'll have to try that too! I did try out Phedippidations (sp?) but it got a little too long and rambling for me
-
Hmmm.... I have that too. I have not subscribed to iFit yet, but I think I may still be able to do the Google maps thing without it... I'll have to look more closely at my instruction manual. Thanks for the tip!

I like the Glutino pretzels, Udi flour tortillas. and all of Pamelas baking products (pizza mix, bread mix, pancake mix, etc.) Where in Canada are your from? I live in ND (right across the border) and my very favorite GF all-purpose flour in the world is Dakota Prairie. It is made readily available here but might be a bit…

I get up at 5 a.m. It is a struggle some mornings, but unless I do it first thing, I never have the time or energy after work. I lay all our clothes and pack lunches for the kids and myself the night prior. I also feel that working out first thing gives me a much better attitude/energy boost for the day. If I worked out at…

That is a great idea! I'll have to try that...
