Put your chicken in a pan. Put the Italian dressing in the pan until it reaches over the chicken. Put the oven at 350 and bake for a couple of hours.

What are some exercises that we can do daily that can burn a good amount of calories? Or what do you do at work to burn some calories if you are in an office?

You don't need a lot of room. But it does require a little movement, but you can improvise and stay in place. That is what I did. You are right, they don't TEACH you the moves, but it is good cardio...And it is fun to learn the dances...I think you should be okay. It burns about 291 calories for an hour...

I tried out the Dancing With The Stars Dance Cardio DVD and it totally rocked. I did it three days this week and I can feel it working... You should try it out! I thought it was fun and I learned how to do some dance moves!... Just thought I'd share.
