I am trying to get under 140....I am at 143. It seems like I can't quite get under. What do you guys do to help get under your goal when you seem to hit a wall?
What are some exercises that we can do daily that can burn a good amount of calories? Or what do you do at work to burn some calories if you are in an office?
What are some things that you guys are eating under 100 calories?
I tried out the Dancing With The Stars Dance Cardio DVD and it totally rocked. I did it three days this week and I can feel it working... You should try it out! I thought it was fun and I learned how to do some dance moves!... Just thought I'd share.
