What are some exercises that we can do daily that can burn a good amount of calories? Or what do you do at work to burn some calories if you are in an office?

  • have you checked out www.sparkpeople.com? I believe they have an office workout on the site along with other cardio workouts that may be able to be done at work if you have computer access. Also, www.discoveryhealth.com has a body challenge you can sign up for that has short 8-9 minute cardio and strength training workouts with Gilad. All you have to do is sign up. Hope that helps!

    standing up instead of sitting burns 1/3 more or so

    walking when possible...stairs instead of elevator

    when going anywhwere (lunch...bathroom..) carry a pack of paper even if you dont need to

    do isometrics (flex and release muscles ) while sitting
