I am trying to get under 140....I am at 143. It seems like I can't quite get under.

What do you guys do to help get under your goal when you seem to hit a wall?

With only a small amount left to lose for you, it's gonna take time. The less you have to lose the slowe your body is to let it go. Just keep eating healthy, doing some cardio, strength training, getting in your water and doing what you know is healthy and in time the weight will drop.

I'm sure more will chime in that are much closer to their goal:flowerforyou:

Wow, Fitness Chick! You are screaming along in your weight loss! You've lost 17 lbs since WHEN? I am obviously not working at it as hard as you are. I have been very good with calories, but haven't really kicked the exercising into high gear yet. Just kinda taking it easy to start. What would you suggest for an old body to get back in shape gradually, without wrecking something? (Besides walking?)

I know I noticed noticed Fitness Chick's ticker too -

How often do you weigh in - my I was weighing in once a week and was getting frustrated with 1 or 2 lbs up and down -

maybe if weigh in once like once every two weeks - I feel like I've hit a brick wall

maybe if I saw more of a difference in weight - I'd do better

Hey Klove24, did you read the posts today about zig zagging? That might be a way to jog your metabolism again.... Just thinking out loud here, cuz goodness knows I can't speak from experience... I'm still a long way from goal...

    Good luck!
