I did my day 10 level 1 today. I didn't have time to do the 2 shreds today. I found it a little harder after taking a day off.

I am skipping this week. Tom showed up today. I had lost 1pound and a half at the beginning of the week and it came back. I guess I know why its back. I hope for a good weigh in next week

I tokk yesterday as a complete rest day. I feel soo much better and stronger today. I will try and get in day 10 of level 1 and day 1 of level 2. We will see though. I tried to do the shred again today. I couldn't do it. I am not even going to bother to try again. I am just feeling to weak so I am taking a break today. I will resume tomorrow .

Well I made it through it. I am soo glad I managed to do it. I think I figured out whats going on with me . I started taking a multivitamin and have been feeling weak everyday till 430pm. I attempted the shred today. I quit after a few minutes. I am feeling too weak to do it. I don't feel sick though so i don't get it. I think this is a hint a need to relax for a day or its because a visitor will be here soon.Lmao I hope to be back at it tomorrow

I managed to get my day8 in. I couldn't miss today . I felt guilty all afternoon for being to weak to do it. I had a snack and rested and got it done.

I don't think I will be doing the shred today. I attempted in but didn't get far. I am just not feeling strong enough for it today. I have no idea whats going on. I may try again later if not I'll just do some cardio to make up for it.

Day 7 Done . I had no motivation to do it today but knew I had to. I am trying to go the full 30 days without a break. I am glad I did it today. I am only using 2lb weights. I can not even think about using something more right now. I haven't lifted a single weight in 10 yrs so certain things are still tough with only the 2lb. I also don't want to bulk up

I have surprised myself and have done the shred everyday even if I didn't feel like it. I actually just started taking a vitamin. I am taking one a day active metabolism thats all I am taking.

I have heard from several people that you do gain weight at first. They have said it seems to fall off and more starting in the 3rd week.

I have to agree with you. I am feeling the same way. I am definetly sleeping soo much better. I don't want to leave level 1. I couldn't resist a sneak peak and checked out level 2 and it scares me.lol

I did Day 5 today. I am not sore at all anymore.I hope by day 10 that I will no longer struggle with the exercises that I do. I am already noticing my arms changing. I am loving the change. I was soo thrilled this am. The pound that I gained back after losing for 1 day had disappeared again.
