November Shred-It Challenge Day 19

It's the weekend! The most relaxing time of the week, but also the most tempting. I'm sure we'll all go off our diets a little bit, but let's try our best not to sabotage the hard work we've put in this week. Hard to believe we only have 11 days left of this challenge!

Is it my imagination or have we pretty much lost everyone doing the challenge? I don't think I will get the shred in today or tomorrow. I will be back at it on Monday. I will do cardio this weekend instead to make up for it. I am starting to wonder if I should even continue to shred. I am noticing while doing the shred my bones are making constant cracking sounds. This can't be good right0

I think, or at least hope, everyone is still doing the challenge, and maybe just not posting anything on the message board.
I have bones that crack all the time. I would say that if it hurts, stop.0 -
It doesn't hurt but does have me wonder. My bones never cracked but they do now since starting the shred. I am just wondering what is going on with that.0
