Well I didn't eat so great today but I did get in some broccoli, tomatoes, corn, romaine, and onions. Oh and do French fries count as veggies???

You got plenty of time to make it up. We'll buckle down this week. I somehow managed to loose a pound this week but I didn't eat very well and I didn't meet my water goal even one day. We got this though! Today's a new day and a new start.

Got in 96oz today :/ Have not met my goal once this week. Last day in gonna make it count. Going to fill my water bottle right now!

So yesterday I had 128oz out of 144. I didn't meet my goal but that's still a lot of water! I feel like I have drank more water this week but I've still been drinking soda. I think I'm gonna aim for finishing out the week strong with no soda and hitting my goal the last two days

Alright so yesterday I only drank 32oz of water :( I work overnights and I slept pretty much all day so (extra tired yesterday) I just started overnights a couple weeks ago and I'm finding it difficult to get a good eating schedule going.

So yesterday I drank 128 of my 144oz. This is harder then I thought it was going to be. Today I am aiming to completely cut all other drinks out and make sure I'm getting my water in.

So I just realized that the formula I had put in on the sheet to calculate the total lost isn't right. If anyone knows more about spreadsheets then me and can fix it, go for it. If not we'll just have to do it the good old fashioned way.

Yup weigh ins every Sunday. I made a google doc spreadsheet that we can all keep track of our weights on. Sounds like you guys are well on your way already. I am at about 287 right now. I got down to 250 from 300 back in 2014 using mfp then I fell off the wagon and got back up to 310. Ready to get going again after two…

I need to lose A LOT more then 20. But I figured a pound a week is definitely obtainable for everybody. I seriously hope I can lose more then that but hey 20lbs gone is 20lbs gone.

I am going to try to lose 15lbs during this challenge. I think it will be doable because I have a lot to lose (like 150lbs) and I have been eating a ton of junk over the holidays so I think I will have some water weight to lose. I honestly will be happy with anything though, as long as the scale starts going down instead…

I am shooting for a whole food vegan diet but I am not even close to that now so we'll see what happens. Day 1 is going good aside from a handful of candy corn :)

I am also transitioning to a vegan diet and am nursing my 2 month old. I was wondering what vitamin and supplements you re taking. I have a prenatal vitamin but is there anything else I should take?
