Agree....don't do it! I just ate 5 chocolate chip cookies that I had hidden (well, I guess they weren't hidden if I knew where they were) in the freezer! My stomach is not feeling so good now. I tried it a few years ago. I got the weight off, even though I practically starved in the process. I gained it all back....:sad: Good luck...maybe you will be one of their success stories!

Thank you for the "welcome". I already have a question. Do you fill out your food diary the day before, or do you just enter everything you have eaten for the day as you eat? I have a feeling I will be spending alot of time here trying to figure things out!:smile:
