Hey Laura :) The best advice I could give you would be to eat little and often. That way you are less tempted to binge on loads of food in a short space of time. I know it's difficult, I'm currently in relapse but I'm here if ever you need any support :smile:

You shouldnt feel embarrassed. To be honest no body really takes any notice of others at the gym. hahahahahaha sorry just the comparison to that with a chicken made me laugh. Its so true though. I find doing chest press helps. :) or try jogging with wrist weights. :) xx

Oh babe im so sorry to hear that your struggling again. I know what its like with the control thing, How about you make a list of the reasons why you want to recover. Have u told someone at home like friends or family that u think ur relapsing? Massive hugs. Stay strong you can do this.

I agree with you to an extent. I think it just goes down to the different struggles ana's and mia's have with their illness. No one has exactly the same views on food eating and exercise. What might be ok for one isnt for another. I think being mia we dont have that fear of eating that anas do. Cos it dont stay in our…

I have the same problem as you. i find it so hard to hit my target calories. I only eat when im hungray,if im not then i dont force it down.

I like making sandwiches :) For me :) My housemate (boy ofc) used the line get back into the kitchen and make me a bloody sandwhich :) Hmmm i dont like making them then :)

Today i realized that it wasn't all hopeless and that i can be happy. Im working hard not to be extreme with my eating. I can be happy and i can be stable. :)
