Having a goal is the right start! Set little goals along the way. Like get 10 lbs off by... Then as you reach each mini goal you will have encouragement to get there. Losing weight is not a perfect science. Patience is what I find the hardest to have during this journey.

My goal is 2100 a day. My diary is open. Feel free to add me for ideas. It's a strugle, but you can do it!

I have had this same experience this week. I've worked out hard, logged all my food, stayed under my calorie goal and the scale says I've gained weight. It is so frustrating. I don't understand what part of the equation I'm missing. The only thing I can say for certain is I'm not giving up!

I was in your same spot about 2 years ago. You can do this with just dedication to yourself and consistency in what you choose to eat. It's not impossible :)

I LOVE coffee. So hard not to have one everyday, but with some moderation in milk and syrups they can be affordable. Great ideas on how to improve latte calories on here. Thanks!

I think we all feel this way sometimes. Don't let it get the best of you. Dig deeper, make one change you can stick with, and do a little excersice everyday.
