I just started back to Body Revolution yesterday! Feel free to add me! I started it before and got about 6 weeks into it, but then I had an Achilles injury and had to refrain from working out for several months.

I am on the fence about logging the exercise calories. I am also just thinking about letting my fitbit tell me what I burned. I am so confused about the calories in, calories out, adjustments, eating back calories, etc. AARRRGH! I am doing the tdee-20% so I am not supposed to eat back the exercise calories anyway. What are…

I just got the fitbit. I have been using my HRM while doing BR to get a more accurate burn. But, if you want, I can do it tonight and just use the fitbit and let you know the difference.

I am actually proud of myself for doing the workout. I had a long day at work, came home and ran errands with the family and was starting to feel lazy. In the past, I would have sat on the couch for the rest of the night. Tonight--- put on my exercise stuff and did my workout. :)

In addition this, do I eat back exercise calories or not? The whole concept is somehow lost on me!

I saw that about the macros as well. I was a balanced oxidizer, so I adjusted my macros.

I am struggling with the calories. I have read quite a bit about the "Eat more to weigh less program", which leads me to believe that 1200 calories is just not appropriate for anyone (or almost anyone). I upped mine to around 1480 per day and eating back exercise calories. However that usually brings me back to around 1200…
