Protein supplements
Does anyone know of a good protein shake or bar? I want to supplement my protein after a workout. I tried some Pure Protein shakes and they were all clumpy- not tasty. Don't know if I got a bad batch or if they are all like that. Any recommendations?

Workout 2 done~!
Who is done for the day?? I really dislike lunges, and I know it's only going to get worse. But I liked the workout and felt like I did a decent job with it.

T25 or Body Revolution?
I am not sure which program to do. I like the idea that they are both under 30 minutes. However, the Body Revolution uses weights, which I like. The T25 doesn't. Anyone who has done both have any input?

What program after T25?
I currently am doing T25. I am already debating what program to do after I'm done. What is a good progression from here?? I am thinking another Shaun T program because I like him alot. Or perhaps Chalean extreme? Any thoughts?

Achilles tendonitis =need ideas for workout
Hello everyone. I injured my achiles a couple months ago, most likely from all the jumping I've done in past workouts like zumba. I am doing physical therapy and was told no running, no zumba, nothing with jumping. Aside from the elliptical or the bike, what other workouts can I do?? I am not a swimmer. Thanks in advance!

Restarting BR today!
Well, I got about 4 weeks into the program and then we moved. So between packing, unpacking and general life, it's been about a month since I have worked out. I feel like a blob and I am ready to start up again. Anyone else starting up today?

Protein shake/meal after workout?
I know I read somewhere that protein is recommended after lifting or working out. Do any of you have a shake or some type of protein after you finish the workout for the day? Just curious if this is something I should be doing. I figure if I am doing this, I better try and do everything right!

Well, something is working!
I am doing Jillian's body revolution. I was not losing anything for weeks. I had lost some inches but no weight. Started eating at my TDEE - 15% for the past couple weeks. Lost 2 lbs!!! And I am feeling like I get enough food, we can eat out if we want to and I don't worry about ordering something ridiculous to stay at…

Do we need the resistance band?
I am only on Week 1 and I don't have the bands yet. Are they something she will repeatedly use throughout the whole program? If so, I better go get some. If not, I would like to save the $ and try to be creative. Thanks!

Calories burned?
On average, how much does your HRM tell you that you burned? I know it varies from person to person, depending on weight, etc. I am just wondering if my HRM seems accurate. It's a watch, but it doesn't have the chest strap. Yesterday I did BR and it said I burned 400 calories for the workout. Is it possible to burn 400…
