Ive done two days of 30 day shred so far. It's not as hard as I anticipated but I really hate the skipping it hurts my knees a lot! I'm 5'2 and I currently weigh 170 which is the heaviest I've ever been. I remember a few years about i was like 150 and I was freaking about that so its definitely time to shed some pounds. I'd like to be between 130-145 I think that would be ideal for me anyways.
