Hi everyone :) Very excited to be back on MFP. I started with a BL group back in 2012 and went on to host two cycles of BL-Brides leading up to my 2013 wedding. I went from 212 to 158. I felt amazing. Fast forward to January 2018, I’ve had two babies (and two c-sections), gaining back every pound I fought to lose. Although…

I'm terribly unmotivated, but I'm keeping up the group for you all. Maybe it's the extreme cold. I just want to be bundled up and eat all day. #teamsummer

Sorry I'm just seeing this. You don't want to drink too much water because it can interfere with kidney function. Extreme cases can also lead to water intoxication (that can kill you). Nursing moms drink approx 3.1L of water per day. An average of 2 additional cups of water is appropriate for bouts of intense exercise…

Aw! These make me smile <3

Aw... LOVE!
-
7 total :)

Ladies - let us know how you are doing!
-
Looks like we only got 15 report ins, so I think we are just going to go individual this cycle. Would anyone prefer if we broke into 3 groups of 5?
-
Since I hadn't done BBM before, I thought it was 7 days a week. I'm giving everyone the point for the rest day. Sorry :)
-
You log your personal information under food and exercise. You report your point totals to me on Sundays (the "week" runs Monday to Sunday).
-
You're logging your info into your page and reporting your points to me weekly. Does that make sense?
-
Pucca_belle, the only "timed" reporting is the weigh and measure in that happens every 2 weeks or so. Completing your online journal entries is on you... you just let me know at the end of the week how you did so I can tally points for the teams. :)
-
Wow! Thanks for all the feedback, ladies. I'll be interested to see what everyone comes in at for Day 2!
-
Great question! I will be logging each BBM workout as "Calisthenics, home, light/moderate effort" unless the workout is particularly rigorous (which would be the vigorous effort choice). Moms who use heart rate monitors can also log using the information from their device. Do you have another suggestion? :)

Happy Day 1, Mommies! I have done my official photographs and weigh-in / measure-in activities and am reporting to you all for accountability. I'd like to say I'm happy about it, but I'm 15lbs heavier (and many inches larger) than my largest recorded non-pregnancy weight in my life. <sigh> Still, I'm looking at this as a…

Ladies - don't forget to weigh in so I can get our spreadsheet set up and get you all on teams!!! Hugs, Mommies!

I will weigh in on Sunday, but wanted to disclose my particulars to get us started :) My current weight (today) is 204. My goal weight for the 13 weeks is 185. I will add my measurements when I can find the tape measure. I am mostly breastfeeding (supplement formula a few ounces a week). I work full time and have one baby…

Here's the link to the online program. I will be posting a "how to" for the challenge group after I get off work tonight. https://www.youtube.com/user/BikiniBodyMommy

I'm Elizabeth. Originally from San Diego, California, I have lived in the DC Metro area (Alexandria, Virginia) for almost 9 years. I recently married and had my first baby - a little girl named Reagan. She's 8 months old now and I am back at work full time. I was very fit when I got married, but between an unplanned…

LOVE your pics! Adorbs!

Despite our lengthy honeymoon, I only gained 10lbs from wedding day (that's 14lbs up overall). Fast forward 10 days and I've lost 2 pounds already. That's 166lbs as my Week 0 weight in. I have two weight goals for Cycle 3: I need to be at least Wedding Day weight for our Blessing Ceremony in 4 weeks since I'm wearing my…

Stargazers! Way to go, ladies! You lost 142lbs across 17 brides. Your clear winner from your team is Amanda who lost over 20 lbs (nearly 10%). Look forward to seeing some of you through the 6 week challenge and perhaps more of you for the next challenge I'm starting when I get back from my honeymoon. It will be less scale…

Delphiniums: Here are your final team rankings. Sorry they took so long. Between work being crazy and hunting down the last of the brides, it took me a lot longer than I wanted. Good news: overall, we lost 165.4 pounds for 15 ladies. 3 of us lost over 20lbs in 12 weeks. Two more lost over 16lbs in 12 weeks. Incredible!!!!…
