Logging meals and staying at or under MFP target (for 1.5lb/wk loss) has helped me consistently lose week to week over the past 5 weeks. I’ll be trying to drink more water this week as I passed a kidney stone last week. Good luck to everyone on TBBT!

Not my weigh in day, but I weighed in under 200lbs today! My January goal! Sadly, it’s because I’ve been sick with the norovirus and lost 3.5lbs overnight. Too bad it won’t stay under 200 for long. It was nice seeing a number in the 100s even if it was just for a day.

Thanks @enyagoboom I’m not so much jealous as demoralized from even trying because I can’t keep up with that. Even if I didn’t eat anything for a whole week. But I’m ahead of my own goals by over a pound, so what’s there to be sad about? Gotta keep my eye on my ball, not others’.

Thanks for the reminders, @enyagoboom I have done yoga on and off for a decade, but I find it more of a spiritual experience than exercise. And I agree that Pilates can be very strenuous, so maybe I should work up to that. I’ll look around for a pool in our area, in the meantime. I do love swimming!
