    So what's new? I've been peeing multiple times a night since I was pregnant with the man child, who is 31. :D

    @DaffyGirl88 HaHa! Not me! I usually can go the whole night if I don't drink too much in the evening, but that tide might be turning!

    Exercise: no... unless stress counts... many hours on phones with kiddos today but we got everything straight from afar including purchasing a real suit.  Love video calls to help out on that agenda... and next time mom may be right when she says Business clothing may be needed for college! 

    My calf needed a rest anyway as I "felt it there" after Monday so dont wanna tear it again and not be able to walk for 6 weeks!  Listening to the body is just as important as what you put in it! ** learned that the hard way.

    Funny, when I went to bed last night I was over by 2 calories. This morning it's 65, and I didn't add anything. Proof that calories multiply in our sleep. 😁

    Sometimes you just need to heed the call and eat it. As long as it was only one you will be fine.
