I will take this on Thanksgiving week and all the leftovers and drinks and pies...
Today is also measurement day so really excited to see how they have changed in a month... daily weigher & once a month measurer makes the balance I can live with.

Excited for this journey to get to where I want to be. In Nov I was able to make big strides in my personal journey... Measurements: down 9.2 lbs and 9 3/4 total inches 15 measurement spots. Belly/hip area down 4 1/2 inches. Ready to keep going!
Lets rock December and ring in the new year in style (haha my style is pjs but hey ..maybe a new pair!)4 -

Stayed within my daily calories and recorded
Today’s jog was tough. First I didn’t even want to workout, but I put my running gear on and got my butt outside. Mile 1 was easy. Mile 2 I was struggling big time. I probably walked about half of mile 2. Mile 3 I jogged it without stopping and I felt like I could do another mile, but decided to go home, make my dinner, and get caught up on laundry 😣4 -

Hi and welcome to all the new participants of the challange. Even tho I consider myself new too because I'm only here since November. This month I'm fashionably (or not that fashionbly) late so I need to catch up on all my daily log ins. For those who don't know me yet there's not that much to be known.
