My calf needed a rest anyway as I "felt it there" after Monday so dont wanna tear it again and not be able to walk for 6 weeks! Listening to the body is just as important as what you put in it! ** learned that the hard way.3 -

Funny, when I went to bed last night I was over by 2 calories. This morning it's 65, and I didn't add anything. Proof that calories multiply in our sleep. 😁4 -
