  • G'day! New here and first crack at this. Hoping to make a positive change. Day/Weight/Comment 11/29 - 101 - feeling bloody miserable
  • Yes I'm also very sorry to hear this. Mother guilt is always in my head and I don't need any more either. You are doing great things to be able to spend time with them now and when they are grown up. Keep up the good fight and you will have many years to spend with you babies. :)
  • Oh Great question! First I would start off at a holistic centre for a deep detox, healthy eating, massage, meditation and beautiful essential oils. Then I would make my way to Paris where I would participate in a writers class for a week and visit a friend there that I went to high school with...With what little was left I…
  • Since I've come to the "other side of the hill" I've become allergic to....Oranges, Pineapples, strawberries cause me to have sensitivity. Mangoes I've always had an allergy to (since I was 27 and tried my first one anyway) But more strange than that, I've started to become allergic to prescription medications, especially…
  • Hi all, Im' from the Mackay Region and I'm new to the group but have been on MFP for a while. I've recently come back to MFP in hopes to track my wellness as well as make motivational friends. I'm wondering if anyone would be interested in being wellness friends? Would love to have support and support others. :)
  • YES! Beauty! :) Great job! :)
  • Yes it gets all the more fun when you try to figure out ST, KG and LBs! WhenI moved to Australia in 99 I didn't even know they were on the metric scale. Imagine trying to figure out how to bake! Then to try to figure ST and KG?! SO challenging. I rely a lot on my scales for grams! It does get easier over time though:)
  • WOW you look Fab!!! Great motivator!!! :)
  • Wow really good article. I can take a lot from this and especially number 1,2 & 10 resonate with me. I'm not a planner (but I've started today) I don't drink water (I used to be lucky to drink one glass a week) So, thanks again for posting this, great motivator! :)
  • Wow, just wow and Thank you, thank you, thank you! Not only have I found out that I am (according to both sites) in the large body frame, that I am just into the Obese category (not dropped off the edge of the great abyss of no return) but I also can see that there are other women out there just like me. Not all of you…
  • Wow this IS motivating and I even feel some excitment just htinknig about it. I could even do this at work (I work alone) Are there any other challenges like this going? Thanks for sharing! :)
  • That's what I'm feeling too then! LOL
  • So naps are allowed! Yeah! :) Thanks, still trying to be "super woman". :blushing:
  • I'd love some more friends as well, I'm a 40 yo mom of 4 boys, 3 are not living at home but on their own (more or less) and I've got a substantial amount of weight to loose. If you'd like to friend me, I'd like to be friends. No axes required  Also I'm new here, so how do I know if my profile is closed or not?
  • Interesting you should say that, yesterday I had lunch with a friend of mine and when I finished (which I didn't think I ate that much) my stomach hurt so bad and I actually thought to myself THIS is what it feels like to have eaten too much. I hadn't felt that feeling in years!
  • Ohhhhh I do like that idea!!! Suck away! LOL :D
  • Hi Krista40, no I don't think so, it does really hurt but just feelings like the life is being sucked out of me!? So bizarre! I've also felt really exhausted but I'm thinking thats because I'm catching up on 6 weeks of missing sleep. It could take a while.
  • Hi all, I'm 40 years old and I'm originally from the US but I have been living in a rural town in Queensland Australia for some 12 years now. I'm the mother of 4 boys (with only one living at home full time now) and they are 26, 20, 16 and 10 (the eldest is my husbands step son from his first marriage) I also had kids very…
