  • I always journal mine the night before. If I did it as I went dinner time would come and I'd find I only had 10 calories available!!! Or, that I would have to eat 700 calories... I modify my day as I go if I don't eat exactly what I had planned though.
  • Relax!!! It's just water... it may take 3 days or so to come off... My advice is to not weigh yourself again for a few days.
  • LOL - I love it! I think I'll try the 'accidentally slamming my chair into a coworker'!! At my office it's always a 'bake sale' to raise money for charity... once they did a bake sale to raise money for a famine... seriously??? We're supporting a famine by eating cookies?
  • Awesome Possum!!! You look fantastic and I bet you FEEL even better!!
  • Congratulations!! And, by the way, your picture is lovely - you look great!
  • Hi Tracey! Congratulations on your weight loss!!! I'm also new, just signed up yesterday... I've lost 93 pounds so far, and sadly still have another 30 to go that just won't seem to budge... but I'll find a way  I also find the accountability piece is really useful so keep up the meetings... AND get as much support…
  • Well, the 'not eating' is a big no no!!!!!!!!! Don't do that to yourself... your body will just hang onto every single thing you put in your mouth if it doesn't trust that you will feed it when it's hungry... As far as weighing more, I bet if you took your measurements pre and post workout you'd find that you were also…
