  • Macros are based on body weight. 2500 is not enough to bulk. You probably need 2100-2200 calories per day to maintain your weight on days you DON'T work out. If you are lifting, add a couple hundred to that. If you want to truly bulk you should be at 2700-3000 calories.
  • Go into the cardiovascular exercise area, select strength training. They allot calories, fairly accurately. If you do circuit training that option is available as well.
  • You are currently at a healthy and sustainable BF%. With some dedication anything in the double digits is sustainable. 10-12% seems to be the sweet spot for looking good and feeling good whilie still being able to lead a pretty normal life.
