I've read a few articles where the keto diet works well for pcos. I have tried it but like Obesity Warrior above I do well with low carb. I match my macros. 15% carb 40% protien 45%fat

I just had my labral tear repaired 5 weeks ago. I began PT tomorrow. Did you get yours fixed? I had this going on for a year and a half before I was able to get it fixed.

Yes! I track my macros! I keep an open journal! Tonight was my cheat meal, not a whole day just one meal. I don't log the cheat meal so tonight's will not be correct!

Small steps! Just like KazC said! I made my goal smaller for now, a mini goal, so I won't be over whelmed! I count by macros!

I started the body by vi 4 days ago. I love it so far! I drink it plain, with skim milk. I have tried out 2 of the few flavors that came with it. The chocolate and the strawberry. They were both yummy! I think more packs of those flavors should come with the Vi.

Hey girl! Typically we should be eating about 1200 cals aday to loss weight and about 1400-1600 to maintain. Try to eat as many fruits and veggies as you can for snacks and part of meals because they are low cal and you can typically eat alot of them for not that many cals!
