Getting Ready for the next 6 weeks....
I'm currently doing a bodybuilding.com workout program and I'm also tracking my Macronutrients! Anyone else tracking their macros?

    That is awesome!
I've been tracking them on and off. I need to be more consistent!

I do too. I feel better hitting at least 50g of fat and 100g of protein, but I don't stress over the odd day here and there where I don't quite get there.

Sometimes I feel I'm eating too many grams of protein. But I do feel good eating 170g! :)

Cool. I just wondering why you were asking who's tracking their macronutrients on a calorie/macronutrient counting app. Anyway, good luck with the program.

Yes! I track my macros! I keep an open journal! Tonight was my cheat meal, not a whole day just one meal. I don't log the cheat meal so tonight's will not be correct!

Many people only count calories for their personal goals. Some people focus more on their macronutrients. I just started counting my Macronutrients based on my height/weight/age and I find it more affective with reaching my goals. That is why I ask who else is tracking their macros.

I am just starting counting macronutrients too. I know it sounds stupid but i am feeling overwhelmed by it. I have never done anything like this so I know I just have to get used to it

I was very overwhelmed in the beginning!!! Now it has become a habit!!!

And yes, everyday can have a cheat meal!!

I've started doing this, and have found that my protein is consistently low, and fat and carbs are high, which is not terribly surprising. Good to know!
